Our office has professional experience in working with Adams County real estate since 1979. We are also licensed in Oregon as well as Idaho. Multiple Listing Service- Adams County Real Estate is a member of two multiple listing services. Mountain Central MLS has approximately 250 agents and has access to our listings and we have had inquiries and sales through these contacts over the years.

The second multiple listing service, Intermountain Multiple Listing Service, is in the Boise and Treasure Valley areas which has approximately 4,500 members. We have also had success using this service to expose our listings to a greater number of active real estate agents and their potential buyers.

Magazines- We maintain a full color page in HOMES & LANDS of McCall. The magazine distributes approximately 66,000 copies throughout the year and also has online advertising. Most impressive is their large kiosk at the Boise Airport, and other kiosks at Boise Town Square Mall, Karcher Mall and at some Walmart stores in Boise. They are also distributed in Valley, Adams, Idaho and Washington counties. 

A new advertisement is running in the Idaho Travel and Recreation Directory which gives direct exposure to tourists and is available at select hotels, advertisers, mail requests, requests off the website, chambers of commerce and information centers.

Newspapers- We advertise in a variety of newspapers as deemed appropriate by the properties we represent.

Telephone Directory- Although directories are not as widely used as they once were, we continue to maintain advertising in telephone directories.

Billboard- Located just outside of the city of Council on Highway 95, we maintain a billboard with our name, phone number and website address.
